Hot on the heels of socialite Kim Kardashian’s new reality show on E!, Vivid Entertainment has announced that it has found new sex footage of Kardashian and will post it for members of their KimKSuperstar.com website. Vivid has not announced the date the footage will be posted.
Kardashian appeared in Vivid’s “Kim Kardashian Superstar” DVD, after which she sued Vivid. The case was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum and the DVD was pulled from distribution May 31.
In addition to the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” reality show, which features her extended family, Kardashian will appear in a picture feature in the December Playboy magazine.
Kardashian, 26, has been described as a “model, actress and entrepreneur.” She is the daughter of attorney Robert Kardashian, who was part of O.J. Simpson’s defense team in his murder case. Robert Kardashian died in 2003.

LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment Group on Monday said that Kim Kardashian had agreed to a deal and has dropped her suit against the adult video company over the release of “Kim Kardashian Superstar.”
Vivid, which did not disclose terms of the deal, released the video last month on DVD and through download-to-DVD on AllAdultChannel.com, as well as an online stream at KimKSuperstar.com.
“Kim Kardashian Superstar” is a three-year-old sex video Kardashian made three years ago with then-boyfriend and recording artist William Ray Norwood Jr., also known as Ray J.
Kardashian, daughter of O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian and a close friend of Paris Hilton, claimed she had not authorized release of the video.
Vivid claims it paid an unidentified third party for $1 million.
“We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us,” said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment. “We met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.”
“We’ve always known we had the legal right to distribute this video which became an instant best-seller, and we’ve always want to work something out with Kim so she could share in the profits,” he said.

LOS ANGELES — Olivia Mojica, a contestant on “American Idol” who didn’t make the top 12 in season two, is going all the way in a new DVD coming out from Vivid Entertainment on May 3, “Olivia Mojica: Hardcore Idol.”
The video was shot a month ago in her New York City apartment, with her boyfriend Adam Roberts.
In March, Vivid released a DVD showing L.A. socialite Kim Kardashian with musician Ray J. The Kardashian DVD has sold over 100,000 units, according to Vivid National Sales Manager Howard Levine.
“Olivia is really cute, the sex is really hot and there is much controversy surrounding ["American Idol"],” said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid. “If she was in the adult business, she would be an instant superstar.” Vivid is reportedly seeking Mojica to see if she will help promote the video and share in the profits.
Mojica was 18 when she appeared on “American Idol” in March 2003. She is currently appearing in clubs and preparing a full-length album which is expected early 2008.

LOS ANGELES — On the heels of co-starring in a celebrity sex tape with socialite Kim Kardashian, R&B recording artist Ray J has been offered a contract to direct his own line of films for Vivid Entertainment.
Vivid co-chairman Steve Hirsch offered Ray J a four-picture directing deal, the terms of which were not disclosed.
“Obviously Ray J is a very talented guy,” Hirsch said. “We think he would be a perfect fit at Vivid and can make some wonderful movies for us.”
According to celebrity blog TMZ.com, Ray J is entertaining Hirsch’s offer.

LOS ANGELES — Socialite Kim Kardashian’s homemade sex tape will finally be released March 21, according to Vivid Entertainment co-founder Steven Hirsch.
Kardashian filed suit against Vivid Feb. 21, alleging she did not consent to the tape’s distribution. Vivid subsequently announced a halt to the release of the tape, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 28.
From the beginning, Hirsh has asserted that Vivid has the legal right to release the tape and that he was seeking to meet with Kardashian to iron out the details.
