This is one of those truly unfortunate stories that you hope isn’t true — bad sadly it probably is. According to AVN, the newest fad to hit Japan like a tsunami is male bras. Yep, bras for men. Everybody knows the Japanese are some freaky motherfuckers, but come on. This is just too much.

In the two weeks the bust-boosters have been on the market, more than 300 of the male brassieres have sold for 2,800 yen, or about $30, apiece. Wishroom’s sales power is further bolstered by its sales of matching male panties-and even women’s lingerie.

Nicole Kidman Starring As Post-Op Tranny In Upcoming Film

I wish That headline was a blatant lie, unfortunately it’s not. According to Pop Eater by way of Luke is Back, Kidman will play a tranny married to Charlize Theron in the upcoming film “The Danish Girl.”

The Australian actress will star in and produce “The Danish Girl,”
based on the true story of Danish artists Einar and Greta Wegener.
Their marriage took a sharp left turn after Einar (Kidman) stood in for
a female model that Greta (Theron) was set to paint.

When their portraits become wildly popular in 1920s Copenhagen, Greta
encouraged her husband to adopt the female guise. What began as a
harmless game led Einer to a metamorphosis and landmark 1931 operation
that shocked the world and threatened their love.

I’ve made my feelings about trannys quite clear, but beyond that the movie just sounds lame and boring. This is one of those stupid, artsy indie flicks that nobody ever watches, but make the over paid actors who make them feel good about themselves.

Shy Love to Write Monthly Column for RockConfidential.com

Adult star Shy Love will expound on a life in the adult industry in a new column for RockConfidential.com, which covers the adult and music industries.

Love will write one column per month for the site, covering topics like love, business and money.

“Unlike most columns where all they talk about is sex, I wanted to write something based on my own life experiences,” Love told XBIZ. “I want to write about what people in the business go through and give readers a real inside look.”

Love landed the column by making an impression on the site’s owner and editor, Jesse Capps, in an interview last year. Capps asked her to write a column then, but she declined because she was too busy.

But Love said she suddenly felt the need to write a column, even though she is far busier this year as the head of management company Adult Talent Managers.

In her first column, “Being A Successful Entrepreneur In Adult Entertainment,” Love chronicles her rise as an adult star and makes a surprising admission: She got into porn for all the wrong reasons but stayed for all the right reasons.

“When I came into porn it was because I was bored with my current lifestyle,” she said. “But when I got in, I saw all the opportunities to succeed and make money. Where most girls go wrong is that they come in and allow agents to dictate their lives and what they are going to do. Scene after scene after scene.

“I, on the other hand, was stronger than my agent. I came in realizing what my action plans were. I wanted to make a name for myself. I wanted to direct and produce. I was told by many it would not happen and I would not succeed, so I fought and learned to think like the successful men in adult. In this business it’s great to be a woman but it’s best to think like a man.”

Love’s second column will deal with her struggle to find love as an adult actress. It’ll be called “Love Looking for Love.”

Max Hardcore Indicted on Obscenity Charges

ALTADENA, Calif. — Paul F. Little, aka Max Hardcore, has been indicted on federal obscenity charges. The Justice Department charged Little with numerous counts of obscenity.

The 10-count indictment was returned against Little on May 17 and was unsealed yesterday.

The charges originate out of Florida, but Hardcore turned himself into authorities in California, WNBC in New York reported. The case is based in Florida because Little’s production company, Max World Entertainment, mailed DVDs there.

WNBC reported that in addition to the mailing of allegedly obscene material, Little also is being charged with transmitting five allegedly obscene video clips over the Internet via the company’s website. According to WNBC, federal prosecutors said they are “seeking forfeiture of the ‘obscene’ films, all money made from sales of the films and all property used in the making of the films, including [Hardcore’s] home in Altadena, Calif.”

Authorities also are seeking the forfeiture of the sites MaxHardcore.com, PissedOnPornStars.com and CatalinaXXX.com.

The DVD titles named in the indictment are “Max Hardcore Extreme 20 – Euro Edition,” “Pure Max 19 – Euro Edition,” “Max Hardcore Golden Guzzlers 7 – Euro Edition,” “Fists of Fury 4 – Euro Edition” and “Planet Max 16 – Euro Edition.”

Investigators with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation of Little. Attorneys with the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Criminal Division are prosecuting the case, with the assistance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

Little is scheduled to be arraigned on July 12.

A call to Little’s attorney Jeffrey Douglas seeking comment was not immediately returned.

Porn Star Blog Entry Leads to State Trooper Suspension

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee state trooper was put on paid leave after adult star Barbie Cummings blogged about giving him oral sex during a traffic stop. The incident allegedly took place May 7, and Trooper James Randy Moss was suspended because he bragged about the sexual encounter to his colleagues who in turn filed an internal complaint against him.

Cummings, who lives in Tennessee, flies to Los Angeles once a month to shoot adult content. She is under an exclusive boy-girl performing contract with BlacksOnBlondes.com. After the alleged incident, Cummings posted a vivid description on her blog, BarbieCummings.com.

“I’m really loving this attention,” Cummings told XBIZ, “I’ve gotten calls from major newspapers and TV stations since the story broke. I feel really bad for the guy, but he was the one who initiated everything. He had to know that getting a blow job from a porn star while on duty was against the rules. I mean, he was the one who wanted to take photos so he could brag to his buddies.”

As she describes it, Cummings was pulled over for speeding in her pink Honda Accord on a main Knoxville Highway at approximately 3 a.m. After Moss wrote her a ticket for speeding, the conversation turned to Cummings’ career in adult entertainment. According to Cummings, the trooper then pulled up her website on his squad car’s laptop computer. Cummings allegedly admitted to possessing drugs, and Moss disposed of them in the bushes.

After some flirting and suggestive comments from Moss, Cummings allegedly gave him oral sex behind his cruiser.

“I haven’t gotten a bad reaction from local people, so far,” Cummings said. “They all pretty much know what I do and are supportive. I get a lot of email from them through my blog. The only bad thing is that maybe they’ll knock on my door in the middle of the night asking for blow jobs!”

Moss, a trooper since 1997, is suspended until the internal investigation is completed.

Vivid’s Steven Hirsch Named to Time’s Alt 100

NEW YORK — When Time magazine compiled the Time 100 — their “list of the 100 men and women whose power, talent or moral example is transforming the world” — the magazine also asked humorist Joel Stein to select an “Alt Time 100.”

Stein convened a lunch meeting that included rapper Xzibit, Hugh Hefner companion Bridget Marquardt, UFC fighter Eddie Sanchez, party planner Glenda Borden and hairstylist Dr. Boogie and they compiled a list of “list of 100 people who actually influence society.”

Vivid Entertainment Co-Chairman Steven Hirsch made the list, at No. 58.

“A friend of Glenda’s, his video company buys up most of the celebrity sex tapes. And, more importantly, didn’t buy the Screech one,” Stein explained. “Xzibit was initially excited about this idea since he owns a lot of Vivid videos, but didn’t think Hirsch was quite important enough for the list. But again, I needed 100.”

Others who made the Alt Time 100 list include Heather Mills, Anna Nicole Smith, Hugh Hefner, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul (but not Randy Jackson), “The Troops,” “The Maloofs” (helpfully defined as “The owners of the Palms casino in L.A.”), “24″ character Jack Bauer, Sacha Baron Cohen alter ego Borat, Elton John and the owners of the Golden Bird restaurant in Inglewood.

After Yearlong Hiatus, Taryn Thomas Returns to Adult

LOS ANGELES — After a year-long hiatus, adult star Taryn Thomas has returned to the business with a new plan to take control of her career.

“I needed a break to pursue other options,” she told XBIZ. “I just wanted to take some time off, clear my mind and make sure porn was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”

Thomas took a break from the adult industry about a year ago to decompress and study cosmetology. After returning to the industry, she has secured new representation with Lisa Ann’s Clear Talent Management. She’s also made plans to have her breasts enlarged to a D-cup and have liposuction.

“When I went on my break, I didn’t exactly continue to exercise,” she said. “I’m going to get some work done, though I don’t want to look too plastic.”

Thomas also mentioned some difficulty with her personal website, TarynThomas.com. She said she plans to let her current site stay as it is while building a new site that she plans to run herself.

Thomas’ current site is run by Bimini Bucks.

“I just want to make sure that this time when I come into the industry, it goes the way I want it to, and not how someone else wants it to,” she said.

Despite her time spent studying cosmetology during her hiatus, Thomas said she has no plans to pursue make-up design work in the industry. She will, however, continue to plan events through a small company she started during her break: Taryn It Up Entertainment.

Thomas started the event-planning company in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale, Ariz., where she moved for her hiatus. Although she spent most of her time securing talent to appear at gentlemen’s clubs, Thomas said she hope to throw large-scale rave parties while keeping control of her career in adult.

“I started doing porn because I wanted to do it,” she said. “When I was working in porn, I woke up with porn, ate lunch with porn and slept porn. It consumed me, and I want it to consume me again, but on my terms this time.”

Gina Lynn Makes Final Appearance on ‘The Sopranos’

Kardashian Strikes Deal With Vivid Over ‘Superstar’

LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment Group on Monday said that Kim Kardashian had agreed to a deal and has dropped her suit against the adult video company over the release of “Kim Kardashian Superstar.”

Vivid, which did not disclose terms of the deal, released the video last month on DVD and through download-to-DVD on AllAdultChannel.com, as well as an online stream at KimKSuperstar.com.

“Kim Kardashian Superstar” is a three-year-old sex video Kardashian made three years ago with then-boyfriend and recording artist William Ray Norwood Jr., also known as Ray J.

Kardashian, daughter of O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian and a close friend of Paris Hilton, claimed she had not authorized release of the video.

Vivid claims it paid an unidentified third party for $1 million.

“We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us,” said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment. “We met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.”

“We’ve always known we had the legal right to distribute this video which became an instant best-seller, and we’ve always want to work something out with Kim so she could share in the profits,” he said.

First ‘American Idol’ Contestant To Go Hardcore

LOS ANGELES — Olivia Mojica, a contestant on “American Idol” who didn’t make the top 12 in season two, is going all the way in a new DVD coming out from Vivid Entertainment on May 3, “Olivia Mojica: Hardcore Idol.”

The video was shot a month ago in her New York City apartment, with her boyfriend Adam Roberts.

In March, Vivid released a DVD showing L.A. socialite Kim Kardashian with musician Ray J. The Kardashian DVD has sold over 100,000 units, according to Vivid National Sales Manager Howard Levine.

“Olivia is really cute, the sex is really hot and there is much controversy surrounding ["American Idol"],” said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid. “If she was in the adult business, she would be an instant superstar.” Vivid is reportedly seeking Mojica to see if she will help promote the video and share in the profits.

Mojica was 18 when she appeared on “American Idol” in March 2003. She is currently appearing in clubs and preparing a full-length album which is expected early 2008.

Joe Francis Is In The Clink

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis was arrested without incident Tuesday in Florida.

The U.S. Marshal’s Office in Panama City, Fla., arrested the adult entertainment mogul at sunrise at the local airport on a warrant seeking his arrest for criminal contempt of court.

A judge ordered Francis’ arrest after he reportedly changed the terms of a settlement deal stemming from a 2003 lawsuit in which seven women accused him of victimizing them by filming them in sexual situations while they were on spring break.

Lawyers for the women told U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak that Francis became enraged during the settlement talks, shouting obscenities at the lawyers and threatening to “bury them.”

Smoak ordered Francis to settle the case or go to jail for his behavior.

Francis, who initially refused to surrender, later said Smoak has “lost his mind” and that, after having referred to Francis as “the devil” and “an evildoer,” Francis labeled Smoak “a judge gone wild.”

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta refused to let him remain free pending an appeal.

Francis had said Thursday he would settle the case to avoid jail time.

“I’ll give up a billion dollars, but it will be under duress,” he said, arguing that any money given would be voided in an appeal.

Vivid Entertainment Offers Ray J Directing Deal

LOS ANGELES — On the heels of co-starring in a celebrity sex tape with socialite Kim Kardashian, R&B recording artist Ray J has been offered a contract to direct his own line of films for Vivid Entertainment.

Vivid co-chairman Steve Hirsch offered Ray J a four-picture directing deal, the terms of which were not disclosed.

“Obviously Ray J is a very talented guy,” Hirsch said. “We think he would be a perfect fit at Vivid and can make some wonderful movies for us.”

‘Kim Kardashian Superstar’ Back On Vivid Release Schedule

LOS ANGELES — Socialite Kim Kardashian’s homemade sex tape will finally be released March 21, according to Vivid Entertainment co-founder Steven Hirsch.

Kardashian filed suit against Vivid Feb. 21, alleging she did not consent to the tape’s distribution. Vivid subsequently announced a halt to the release of the tape, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 28.

From the beginning, Hirsh has asserted that Vivid has the legal right to release the tape and that he was seeking to meet with Kardashian to iron out the details.

LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment paid $1 million for the sex tape of brunette socialite Kim Kardashian. They plan to release it to the Internet and on DVD by Feb. 28.

N.Y. Times: Hi-Def Could Be Too Real for Porn

NEW YORK — Once again, the New York Times has turned its attention to adult entertainment, with writer Matt Richtel speaking to such industry notables as Stormy Daniels about the transition to high-definition content.

Writing that the porn industry has traditionally been ahead of the technology curve, Richtel found that some industry professionals haven’t been keen to embrace a technology known for improving picture clarity.

“They have discovered that the technology is sometimes not so sexy,” Richtel wrote. “The hi-def format is accentuating imperfections in the actors — from a little extra cellulite on a leg to wrinkles around the eyes.”

Joe Francis Gets Community Service for 2257 Violations

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Joe Francis, the man behind Mantra Entertainment’s Girls Gone Wild Empire, will get community service for his role in violating 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the federal record-keeping law designed to keep adult content producers from using underage performers. Willie Nelson Cited for Drug Possession

BREAUX BRIDGE, La. Sep 18, 2006 (AP)— Willie Nelson and several members of his band were issued misdemeanor citations for drug possession early today during a traffic stop in Saint Martin Parish.

The traffic stop was conducted on Interstate 10 near Breaux Bridge.

Trooper Willie Williams says troopers smelled a strong odor of marijuana when the driver opened the bus door.

During a search of the bus, Williams say approximately 1 1/2 pounds of marijuana and approximately 2/10 of a pound of mushrooms were located on the bus.

Jay-Z’s Retirement Is Officially Over

Rapper Jay-Z has announced plans to release a new album in November, ending his three-year retirement from making music.

Jay-Z’s new album is to be called Kingdom Come, and will be released on November 21, reported entertainment website MTV.com.

Production duties are being handled by Kanye West, Timbaland, Dr Dre and the Neptunes, while Coldplay’s Chris Martin is rumoured to be guesting on at least one track.

Since retiring with The Black Album three years ago, the rapper recorded with Linkin Park and R Kelly, toured extensively, guested on several tracks with his fiancee Beyonce and became CEO of record label Def Jam.

Talking to Entertainment Weekly, Jay-Z said: “It was the worst retirement, maybe, in history. I believed it for two years.”

The first single is called Show Me What You Got, and the video is to be directed by Hype Williams, MTV reports.
