Treasure Island Media has signed exclusive contracts with performers Brad McGuire and James Roscoe, extending their exclusive relationship with the company.

The company said the two are a real-life, long-term, promiscuous, bareback couple. Roscoe is HIV positive while McGuire is HIV negative.

Studio owner Paul Morris flew to Chicago earlier this week to personally sign Roscoe and McGuire to represent T.I.M.

"As a community we have a moral and social imperative to demolish the HIV-positive closet," Morris said.

"We are adults and we are participating in a tremendously vital and important sexual culture that is under attack. We know exactly what we’re doing and we will not allow reactionary individuals and organizations to dictate our behavior. James and Brad are fitting role models for young gay men. They are living their lives with honesty and integrity. I couldn’t be more proud to have them in the T.I.M. family."

I’ll be the first to admit not being an expert in gay sex culture — for obvious reasons. But I don’t think that should preclude me from discussing something as fucked up as this.

It’s militant and extremist gays who are going to ultimately bring the government down on the porn industry, essentially destroying it. I cannot even begin to express the complete disgust and revulsion I have for this story. It’s so fucked up that I read it 4 times and then did some research online to see if I was interpreting it correctly. I thought surely I was missing something. But I wasn’t.

So let me get this straight (no pun intended). Treasure Island Media is bragging about having just signed a gay couple to fuck on film without condoms. One of the men has HIV and one of them doesn’t. The couple refers to themselves as a “real-life, long-term, promiscuous, bareback couple.”

Which suggests they fuck each other unprotected and frequently fuck other people unprotected. The words “irresponsible” and “idiotic” come to mind, but that’s just not strong enough.

What’s worse, the head of Treasure Island Media calls the couple a “fitting role models for young gay men.” Really? HIV-positive gay men should be encouraged to fuck HIV-negative men without a condom? Are you serious?

Have these people no shame? It’s no wonder the highest HIV transmission rates in North America are in the gay community. There’s a fucking death cult thing happening.

Anybody who doesn’t think the government is going to get involved in this fucked up, repugnant shit is dreaming. This insane fucking bullshit is a health hazard to the entire country.

Former porn star Darren James who contracted HIV back in 2004 is speaking out in light of the new HIV outbreak in the adult industry. I have to admit, things couldn’t have been much worse for James.

His parents had no idea he was a porn star. When he learned he was HIV positive he pleaded with AIM not to release the information publicly, but they did anyway. He says his mother learned of his HIV and his career while watching television…in church. I can only imagine what that was like. James later tried to kill himself.

He blames the industry and says condoms should be mandatory. I strongly disagree. People should have right to fuck on film without a condom. Performers should be clear eyed about the risks associated with their chosen profession. However, I will concede that the current testing regime as administered by AIM doesn’t go far enough. The frequency of testing should increase as well as the type of test used.

The actors … they’re not getting the protection that they need. There should have been mandatory condoms,” James said. “Good grief, it’s like my deal, all over again. I hate that.”

He says the industry “fails to protect” actors and actresses. Again, I only think the industry’s responsibility goes so far. I think a little personal responsibility is in order here as well. It goes without saying that if you make the choice to fuck strangers on camera for a living you run the risk of catching HIV among other things.

The risk for catching HIV increases exponentially when male performers do both gay and straight porn. Also, fucking trannies increases the risk as well.

I think a firewall should be put up between gay and straight porn. Men who do “gay for pay” should not be allowed to do straight porn anymore. If you want to do gay shit or fuck trannies then go right ahead, but you can’t do straight movies anymore. It puts everyone at risk.

Performers who shoot scenes in third world countries like Brazil are also taking a tremendous risk. If I’m not mistaken, Darren James caught HIV from fucking some bitch in Brazil. Then he took that shit home and gave it to an American porn star.

When you compare HIV infections in the porn industry now to what it was back in the 80’s and 90’s there’s no comparison. The industry is safer now than it’s ever been, but MUCH MORE needs to be done. Overhauling the testing regime should be job #1.

I really hate having to write this, but it looks as if there may be a new HIV outbreak in the industry. AIM confirms that a male performer has tested positive for HIV. One confirmed case so far, but AIM is quickly quarantining and testing all the exposed partners. We don’t know the number of exposed yet.

“AIM has confirmed that an adult industry performer has tested positive for HIV,” AIM’s clinical administrator Brooke Miller told AVN. “We are currently quarantining and testing all exposed partners and we will have no further information until the end of the week. We are contacting everyone that might have been exposed. Please check the AIM database to confirm all tests.”

AVN says the male performer in question did both straight and gay movies. That’s not surprising at all. It’s usually the tranny fuckers or gay/straight crossover performers who infect people.

AVN.com has learned from sources that Patient Zero is a male performer who performed in both straight and gay adult videos. Additionally, we received word that an undetermined number of first and second generation adult performers who may have been exposed have been quarantined at this time.

Seeking to confirm the number of people in quarantine, Miller cautioned that it’s in flux as the clinic learns of new potential new exposures or eliminates those that test negative.

It’s so fucking tragic whenever this happens. I pray that no one else is infected.

Porn Valley dodged a fucking bullet this week with the L.A. County health Nazis. The AIDS Healthcare Foundation and other groups have been lobbying hard to make the health department require porn performers to wear condoms.

This of course would be a disaster on many levels. First and foremost it would ruin the movies. I don’t need to see a safe sex PSA every time I feel like rubbing one out.

Secondly, I believe in freedom and the Constitution. Freedom is already in pretty short supply in the formerly great state of California. Leftists bureaucrats already tax and regulate pretty much every aspect of your life. You can barely take a piss in this state without the man taxing it by the liter.

People should have a right to fuck and/or fuck on film without a condom if they so choose. Mandating condoms would be an outrageous intrusion by the government and would spell the end of California.

California is dependant on the adult industry. The state is already bankrupt and a large chunk of tax revenue to the state comes from the adult industry. Forcing condom use would kill the industry and thus kill the tax revenue, which is why I was concerned but still skeptical the condom law would pass.

Fortunately, I was right. The Los Angeles County public health chief announced on Tuesday that he will not be requiring condoms in porn.

His reason was simple — it would be impossible to enforce. Hundreds of porn actors make hundreds of porn movies every day all over the San Fernando Valley and beyond.

“There are roughly 200 production companies with about 1,200 actors,” he said. “All you need is a room and a camera and a bed, basically, to do this kind of shoot, and we have no ability to police this.”

Fielding said that it would be difficult for public health officials to prove if the porn videos were shot in L.A. County or elsewhere, because producers often do not apply for filming licenses.

So for now this issue is dead. However, you can look for it to rear its ugly latex head once again if another porn actor catches AIDS.

As you’ve probably heard, there’s an AIDS scare sweeping through the adult industry right now. For the first time since 2005, a performer tested positive for HIV.

I don’t know who patient zero is, but AIM Health Care does and she’s been taken out of circulation along with everyone she worked with since testing positive.

The handful of people this bitch worked with are under quarantine until such time as they successfully test negative on three tests in a row — with 3 weeks in between each test I think.

Hopefully, no one besides patient zero was in infected, but it remains to be seen.

Anyway, one of the people under quarantine is male performer Seth Dickens. Dickens is a veteran of the industry and a hell of a nice guy I’m told.

He spoke to Gram Ponante about the situation in the hopes of squashing rumors and setting the record straight.

Here’s what he said:

I know everyone is scared with this HIV incident, and I know my name has been in the middle of this mess, so I would like to take a minute to tell my side of the story. Before I do, I want to say I love this industry, and I wouldn’t do anything to harm it.
I have been under quarantine since AIM informed me of patient zero status. I have honored this quarantine and will continue to honor it until released by AIM.

Thankfully, I have successfully gone through my second round of testing. This has been a very difficult and scary situation for me.

I worked with patient zero on May 20th. She had a valid AIM test that expired on May 29th. I also verified her test on line before shooting that day. I have tested negative for HIV in two series of tests on June 8th and also June 22nd. I will gladly and voluntarily remain on quarantine until receiving my next negative test results on July 6th just like everyone else in my situation.

I just want to be clear, I NEVER work unless I – and my partner – have a current valid AIM test. For anyone that thinks I am calling around to work as talent; that is not true. The truth is, I am working as a production manager in order to pay the bills; that’s why I call around.

I’m really sorry this happened to the industry, and I know it sucks, but it’s not my fault. I’ve always had a good name in this business, I would like to keep it that way. I am hoping this clarifies my involvement in this whole mess, because I have nothing to hide. I want to thank AIM for their help and I look forward to getting back to work. As ugly as these periodic AIDS breakouts are, they’re actually pretty damn rare in the industry now.

The industry took it upon itself to institute a rigorous testing regime that all performers abide by. However, as with anything it’s not 100% perfect and every few years something like this happens.

The outbreak in 2005 was caused by male performer Darren James. He caught it in Brazil if I recall correctly.

It’s foolish for people to go overseas and fuck in countries that don’t have the kind of testing regimes that we do.

Another reckless and frankly disgusting behavior that porn producer Donny Long has been quite outspoken about is the issue of gay performers bringing their diseases into straight porn.

Since the gay industry doesn’t do AIDS testing, they should keep their diseases over there.

Unfortunately, many irresponsible directors think nothing of risking the lives of straight female talent by pairing them with gays and tranny fuckers.

The women in the industry need to take responsibility for their lives and refuse to work with gay dudes and/or tranny fuckers.
