The Extreme Associates obscenity case has finally come to an end. I don’t even know how long its been since Rob and Lizzy were first charged, but I think it’s been 3 or 4 years.
Like Max Hardcore, Rob and Lizzy were asking to get busted with their dumbass movies. Rob made movies deliberately with the intention of inflaming the Justice Department. I remember one of their movies that caused controversy centered around a guy dressed like Osama bin Laden raping a female U.S. soldier in a cave.
I’m all about free speech, but you can’t tell me Extreme Associates was just catering to an underserved niche with that one. It was about being controversial and acting like an ass hat.
Anyway, Rob and Lizzy pled guilty to one count each of conspiracy to distribute obscene materials. Sentencing is scheduled for July 1st.
They face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. I’m gonna go out on a limb and predict they get probation instead of jail time.

You were wrong – they were jailed for 1 year today.
